MIDDLE CLASS APARTMENTS IN HAI BA TRUNG DISTR., HAS THE HIGHEST COST
Department of Construction Hanoi has just announced the price index of real estate transactions in the third quarter of 2016. Accordingly, the comparative historical cost index is first quarter 2011 (Hai Ba Trung district is the fourth quarter of 2013).
For high-end apartment buildings, the highest transaction cost was Thanh Xuan district 95.14%, Tay Ho 80.19%, Cau Giay 79.2%, Nam Tu Liem 76.11%. For the middle class apartment, apartments for lease in Hai Ba Trung district has the highest cost at 97.67%, followed by Cau Giay 88.60%, Tay Ho 87.17% ... lowest in the Northern District of Tu Liem 73.68% . For the average apartment, the report only recorded the price index for the area of Hoang Mai 86.23%.
